What would be the most unusual thing google or Alexa hear?

My friends tell me that my Alexa is always
listening to what is going on in my home, and that is why they will never own one. Personally I have nothing to hide, and if the government has nothing better to do than listen to me play techno music then it is pretty sad we have such a paranoid government.

But then a thought came to me, what does my Alexa hear and what might some of the things be that an Alexa or Google hear?
  • 1.       Would it hear the dirty little secrets  that my pets are plotting, or my dog’s parties while I’m gone?
  • 2.       Would it hear the repairman joke about how much he over charged me?
  • 3.       Would it hear my friends joke about me when I leave the room?
  • 4.       Does it hear the ghosts that whispering things or the other things that go bump in the night?
  • 5.       Or how about something really absurd, would it hear the last screams of everyone on planet Earth when the world came to an end?
  • 6.       When an earthquake hit’s a city, does it hear “Oh shittttttttt” and then the whimper of those that survived?
I guess what I am trying to get at is that if Alexa is only listening for the bad things we humans do, then there would be less crime, right or if it is listening for our calls for help, the elderly and others would have less to worry about.  If it is listening to everything then it would be a little bit like listening to an unending soap opera, and if Alexa is truly an A.I. how maddening would that be?  If an A.I. had to listen to humans 24/7, how long before it would go crazy and just start hysterically laughing for no apparent reason?

So I’d be curious to hear some of your thoughts as to what you think Alexa or Google is listening for and what it might hear. So please feel free to comment, and try to be creative.

A question about medications that no one ever asked.

Medication

99% of all people take medications without even questioning, what's in it, how does it work, or much less how does the medication know what part of the body to work on?
But if you ask a mechanic if it is a good idea to add leak_stop to a radiator, the first thing the mechanic is going to ask you is how does it know which leak or which hole to plug? And if you've actually tried the products that say they will stop radiator leaks, you know that it doesn't work. That it generally plugs every hole in your radiator and your radiator no longer works at all.
So why would you trust a doctor or pharmacist that says that this pill/medication that you're taking is only going to affect the part of the body that you're having a problem with?
Have you ever seen a medication commercial on TV that has not had a disclaimer or a list of side effects?
And how many commercials have you seen followed by a commercial by a law firm that is filing a lawsuit against a medication that has caused injury or death?
Have you ever really asked the doctor how a medication works? And did they give you an answer?
The next time your at a pharmacists ask them how does ibuprofen work? And how does it know to work only on my headache?

The real question here is why are we always taking things on face value, and never asking enough realistic questions?

Blind trust should never be given simply because somebody has a degree or is a professional!

Hillary Clinton and Dolores Umbridge

Is it just me or is it there is more than just a similarity between these two?

Is the universe trying to tell us something?
Or is it they just simply dress, talk and act alike?

How do you get change if you vote the way you always have?

"If you always do what you've always done, you'll always be where you've always been." Samuel Clemens

Now this is a question about change and how everybody seems to want it, but everybody still votes the same.
My grandfather was one such person, he always voted Democratic no matter what. Yet at the same time he would bitch and gripe about how things never seem to change. The government is still corrupt, workers are still taken advantage of, and so on. Yet I still see the same old people playing the same old game they always have. You would think that in the past 200 years we would've learned our lesson and realize that the aristocrats are the only ones who are really playing the game. The rest of us who are actually only pawns in the game need to realize that our leaders have no qualms about sacrificing someone they consider expendable.
Over the last 50 years of my life I have realized that change is a good thing. As a child I didn't know what to expect and was extremely fearful of it. Later in life I began to realize that change was the only thing that gave me passion to move forward. And now later in life I have come to realize that it doesn't matter what the change is, so long as it's change.
A great general once said "That in the heat of battle should you find yourself in a stalemate, change is the only thing that will break it and it doesn't matter what it is, so long as you get a response from your enemy. Once your enemy responds to what you have done, then you will know what you need to do."

  • So here's my questions: if you vote the way you always have, how can you expect things to change?
  • Are you voting the way you do because in all honesty your just a hypocrite?
  • You want them to change the things you don't like and to leave the ones you do like, but are not willing to tell them which is which?
  • If you vote for the wrong guy, how will you know until after the election?
So in this next election try something new. Close your eyes, push a button and hope for the best. You're still going to bitch about it no matter who gets voted into office.

What happen to the chemtrail's?

What happen to the chemtrail's?

So if your like me you pay attention to everything that goes on around you. And sometimes it's not what you see that is important but what you don't see. Over the past month or two if you have looked up into the skies you will notice that there have not been any chemtrail's. That's right the very thing that people say every aircraft at high altitude produces? I have had people tell me that seeing chemtrail's is normal, that they are just vapor trails . If that is the case where are they? If they were not spraying chemicals on us then we should still see these so-called vapor trails wouldn't you think? Should we be more worried that they stopped or that we no longer see these chemtrail's? Did they get tired of the media hype and switch to something else we can't see? Or are they getting ready to do something far more sinister than they were doing? If chemtrail's did not exist, if we were just seeing things, wouldn't we continue to be just seeing things?
And just because they have stopped, does that mean there is no evidence of their crime? Has anyone else noticed that your garden doesn't grow like it used to?
These are all good questions but people should take notice of the things that they don't see just as much as they take notice of the things they do see, don't you think?

Why are casino workers finger printed and bank workers not?

If you want to work in a casino you have to have what is called a gaming card. You go to the local police station buy the card and get finger printed. But if you work in a bank there is no such thing, why? How would finger prints help catch a casino worker that is stealing? Casinos have 3 times the cameras that a bank has, and few casinos use finger prints as part of their security. I have been told that part of it is to identify possible organized crime and keep them out of casinos. If that is the case shouldn't we worry about banks too or are they already full of crooks and there is no point look for them in bank? Is there a hidden agenda behind singling out only part of the work force. Does the government think that only criminals work for casinos because they are low paying, non-skilled jobs? Isn't that profiling ?

Why isn't the world you see, real?

What you see is an allusion?

First let me explain that your eyes are like the lens of a camera. They simply filter and focus like the f-stop and other settings of the camera. Your brain takes what is received through the lens of the eyes and makes an interpretation of what it thinks the eyes are looking at. On top of that color is the biggest illusion of all. The white light that surrounds us is composed of all the colors we can imagine, each color resonating at its own wavelength. The white light strikes the Apple, but only the color of the Apple gets reflected back to the eyes. All the other colors are absorbed by the Apple.

So here's the question, if the Apple is nothing more than a reflective surface, what is the actual color?

If the color of the Apple was of a frequency beyond our perception, would the Apple be invisible?

Are weevils evil?

Are weevils evil or a gift from God?

Before you run screaming for your mommy and before you throw out your food consider the following. The United States is one of the few countries that considers eating insects a bad thing. If you travel to most Third World countries they are not only considered a good thing, but you may find them a main course in the meal. Finding weevils in your food is an indicator that your food has not been treated with chemicals and that your food is not likely a GMO, but the FDA has determined that adding insects or exceeding their limits is illegal, why? The FDA has determined that adding parasitic insects to grain in order to get rid of the weevils is illegal, but it's okay to treat that same food with pesticides that are known carcinogens, why? Weevils are not toxic and are higher in protein and have no fat content, why is that a bad thing? As a kid growing up in the 60s it was common to find insects in our cereal and other green products, what has changed since then? If we found weevils in the rice we simply poured the rice into a bowl of water and floated the weevils off or simply just went ahead, cooked the rice and ignored them being in the rice. Have you ever heard of anyone dying from eating a weevil? Science has determined that the production of protein for food consumption is more cost-effective and healthier if the protein comes from an insect. Have you ever heard of an animal rights activist being upset about the death of a weevil or an earthworm? Here is a food source that is highly efficient, has no hormones or antibiotics added, but because it's an insect nobody wants anything to do with it, why? But give somebody a box of crackers that has chemicals you cannot pronounce and people will eat the left and right. Is it possible that it is simply a matter of marketing?

So the next time you see a weevil or insect in your oatmeal consider this. If the weevil died from eating the oatmeal, should you be worried?

Why would aliens come here to this planet?

Why would aliens come here to this planet?

Why would aliens come to a planet that is so full of violence, deception, corruption, and indifference? The outward appearance of this planet would appear to be an insane asylum where you could not trust anyone or anything. If you came here and contacted any government could you make any kind of an agreement that you could trust? Could you trust any government or people to keep their word about any agreement? Could you come to this planet and contact any government without being dissected and all your technology being stolen? Is it possible that the only reason that any alien civilization would come here, is to make sure that our insanity does not spread beyond our own planet? If an alien civilization came here to take over our planet, would it not be just a simple matter of introducing a virus that we could not fight? Can you trust what the media and the movies present aliens as being? If aliens were hostile and had the ability to travel light years to other planets in other solar systems, wouldn't they have similar technology with their weapons? The US possesses neutron bombs that are capable of eradicating all life without doing damage to structures or infrastructure. Do you think aliens wouldn't have this type of technology as well? And if you were going to spend the time and money to visit another planet why would you go there with the intent of destroying it before you had a chance to study it?

Donald Trump?

Caution: before you run off at the mouth about how bad Donald Trump is read the questions first.

Regardless of whether you are Republican, or Democrat, independent, or tea party, you have to admit there are a great many odd things happening in this election that don't quite add up.

Donald Trump appears to be two thirds ahead of all the other Republican candidates, which makes him the clear majority leader. So why would the Republican Party want to eliminate two thirds of their potential voters? The Republican Party over the last couple of decades has been moving toward the middle because it wasn't getting the votes. Claiming that it wanted to be more tolerant of gays, other religions, and more ethnically diverse. Along comes Donald Trump and all of a sudden the Republican Party is all about how Christian you are, why is that? The Pope comes out and says that he doesn't think Trump is a Christian , but the question everybody should be asking is when was the last time a pope spoke out about someone in an American election? One voter survey came out and said the majority of people were voting for Trump because he was not a career politician, and was promising change, not that he was a Christian, so why would you ignore a survey like that if you want more votes? A day before super Tuesday the KKK endorses Donald Trump and Whoopi Goldberg is all over that (and I don't blame her ) as if it were the end of the world because he did not strongly denounce the endorsement. Is it possible that Donald Trump did not want to give the KKK any free advertising ?  The KKK is a small group yet oddly their support came the day before super Tuesday, so the real question is who controls their leash? Is it possible that the people who hate Trump the most, are the people that are worried the most about their cushy overpaid corrupt jobs? As a businessman I would think he would be most focused on corruption and waste, so wouldn't those people responsible for that corruption and waste be the ones yelling the loudest that he shouldn't be president? Mitt Romney comes out against Trump yet when he was running for president he was trying to get Trump to support him, doesn't that sound a little odd?
In the many years that I worked for Amazon.com I had several opportunities to talk with Jeff Bezos, and when I asked him about negative publicity he said " There is no such thing as negative publicity." I asked Mr.Bezos  about a negative news story about Amazon.com and why he didn't think that that was going to hurt the company. Mr. Bezos said" the negativity will be remembered for only a couple of weeks, but the name Amazon.com would be heard around the world and you can't buy advertising like that." So if the media really wanted Donald Trump to stop getting so much attention, shouldn't the networks stop giving it to him? Doesn't this all sounds a little bit like "Wag The Dog"?
It was mentioned that both Ben Carson and Donald Trump do not have international experience, but if you're running a company and you don't know how to do something wouldn't you hire someone who did? When was the last time you heard of a corporate executive being required or able to do every job in his company? Is international experience a legitimate prereiquite of the job?
Isn't it interesting that the most outstanding candidates seem to be the ones that are not career politicians?
I have always believed that perfection is a human concept and I have yet to see a politician, or person for that matter, of any kind live up to to the standard of perfection. Wouldn't it be nice to have an election where there are no parties and no divisions were a person is elected to office not because of his party affiliation but because he's qualified for the job?

And the ultimate question is; If you go for a job interview your employer does not have the right to ask you your political, religious, sexual orientation, or ethnic background why is it okay to ask a political candidate?

One pill or two pills?

One pill, two pill, three pills, or the bottle?

I had a headache and the aspirin bottle gave instructions of 1 to 2 pills for adults. I looked at a package of pills for my dog and it said based on weight give this dosage. Now both people above are adults but one is nearly 6'8" and the other is only 5'6". So is one person going to be under medicated and the other over medicated? This is a prescribed dosage set by the FDA, so can you trust what the FDA says? What else did they get wrong? If the dosage is so general, do we really need the pills in the first place? Are our pets getting better medication than we are? Is everything an illusion?

Question everything, is there a conspiracy on vitamins and supliments.

Question everything; is there a conspiracy to remove vitamins and supliments ?

If vitamins and supplements are hazardous, then shouldn't they be removed from all our food? If vitamins and supplements are made illegal, should vitamin B shots also be made illegal? Are doctors and pharmaceuticals just looking to eliminate their competition? Which would you rather take, a pharmaceutical drug with hundreds of side effects, or a supplement that has few if any? If your food is safe and healthy, why should you have to add a vitamin supplement? Should we be more concerned with what is in our food than what is not, or is it just as important?
